2014 alum Logical Glue acquired for £12m: Swiss banking software provider Temenos has acquired Logical Glue, a London-based Explainable AI (XAI) specialist with financial services customers in the UK and Europe. The platform will be immediately embedded within the cloud-native, cloud-agnostic Temenos banking platform and will be available with all Temenos software including digital front office, core banking, wealth management, payments and fund administration products.

2012 alum Digital Shadows raises $10m: Digital Shadows raised $10 million in strategic series C funding led by National Australia Bank (NAB). Existing investors including Octopus Ventures contributed to the round, which brings the U.K.-based startup’s total raised to nearly $60 million following a $26 million series C in September 2017.

2017 alum Bud chosen for 2019 Rocket List: This year FIL Alum Bud was selected for the Rocket List. The Rocket List comprises of the best fast-growing start-ups to work for in London based on availability of jobs, scope for growth and investor-backing. 

2016 alum PassFort joins Onfido Partner Program: PassFort has been selected to join an international partner program launched by Onfido aiming to bring their biometric identity verification service to new markets and foster new use cases for it. Partner Program participants receive tools, technical guidance, and support for integrating Onfido’s identity verification service into existing tool kits.

2017 alum Akoni Hub awarded Wealth & Finance 2019 FinTech Award: Akoni impressed this year to win the Wealth & Finance 2019 FinTech Awards for Best Money Management & Export Planning Services.

2019 alum ContactEngine teams up with TELUS: ContactEngine has announced a deal with TELUS, one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies, to increase customer engagement across customer journeys nationwide.
